Online studio has opened at Expocentre Fairgrounds
An online studio for hybrid and online events has opened at Expocentre. The studio is equipped in Blue Hall, on the convenient and familiar site of Expocentre Fairgrounds in the centre of Moscow. Exhibitors and congress organisers can now take advantage of another service provided by Expocentre.
Blue Hall is an isolated room with a separate entrance. Nearby parking is available. The space of the hall includes several functional areas - foyer with registration area and welcome zone, cloakroom, main hall for up to 500 people (according to the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing regulations, the hall capacity is now 250 people), VIP meeting room for 20 people.
The spacious transformer hall makes it possible to hold events of the highest level and of any format: conferences, teleconferences, official opening of exhibitions, business breakfasts, competitions, and banquets. Qualified technicians will provide everything you need for live broadcasts - connection and uninterrupted operation of equipment, high-speed Internet, simultaneous interpretation, etc.
Expocentre’s studio is a turnkey solution for hybrid and online events with video recording and broadcasting to any medium - the customer's website, social media or a dedicated platform that provides additional opportunities for audience interaction.
The studio is equipped with a large high-resolution LED screen (10x3.5m), lighting and sound equipment. Expocentre will hold its own events in the studio, as well as renting it out. The basic rental package includes equipment for video recording and online broadcasting. If necessary, the basic package can be expanded with additional screens and other technical equipment.
The first hybrid event, a round table dedicated to the Year of Science and Technology, was successfully held in the new studio and broadcast on YouTube and Expocentre’s social media on February 11.
