VitaKhim introduces the range of plasticisers, fillers, flame retardants, de-aromatic hydrocarbon solvents
VitaKhim Group, which specialises in integrated supplies of chemical raw materials and chemical products from Russian, CIS and non-CIS companies, is preparing a number of new products in the line of components for production of paint and varnish materials for the Interlakokraska exhibition. At the joint stand VitaKhim and VitaReaktiv will present various segments of the companies' assortment: basic and auxiliary raw materials for PVC processing, PVC processing products, polymer raw materials and polymer products from leading world and Russian manufacturers: KLJ Organic Ltd. (India), Lomon Billions (China), PT. Dua Kuda (Indonesia), Kisan International (India), Tepe Kymia (Turkiye), Khimprom PAO (Novocheboksarsk, Russia) and others.
In 2023, VitaKhim received the official status of the Russian distributor of blue and violet ultramarines from R.S. Pigments (India). VitaKhim will present these products at the Interlakokraska 2024 exhibition.
The VitaKhim Group’s product range for deliveries exceeds 1,000 items, but the company’s capabilities are not limited to this. VitaKhim’s team fulfils orders of varying complexity, provides advice on the technical parameters of raw materials, selects analogues, and organises prompt delivery of products.
According to company representative Oksana Zhestkova, VitaKhim Group will also present a new product range at Interlakokraska 2024: Russian hydrocarbon solvents VitaSOL D40 and VitaSOL D60, which can replace imported analogues. The D series are hydrocarbon de-aromatic solvents and are characterised by a high degree of purification as well as a reduced sulphur content.
D40 and D60 de-aromatic hydrocarbon solvents are among the most common solvents used in the production of varnishes, adhesives, plastics and synthetic materials, thinners for polymer resins, automotive chemicals and automotive cosmetics, paints and varnishes, including art paints.
VitaSOL D40 and VitaSOL D60 solvents are important ingredients in many industrial processes due to their unique properties and wide range of applications.
At the VitaKhim stand in spring 2024, various raw materials for production of paintwork materials will be presented: plasticisers, fillers, flame retardants, solvents, alcohols, acids, ethers, monomers, resins, hardeners, coalescents, functional additives and other products. These are products of domestic manufacturers, as well as manufacturers from Asia and Europe. The range of flame retardants for paints and coatings, which are in great demand among paintwork manufacturers, is particularly noteworthy.
A special project to promote Russian filler for paints and coatings – fine aluminium hydroxide – will also be presented.
“The main task in working at the exhibition stand is to familiarise visitors with VitaKhim’s wide range of raw materials and terms of cooperation, to conduct business negotiations and meetings, primarily with customers from the regions,” comments Oksana Zhestkova. “The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity and a convenient platform for this. This year’s stand will be especially interesting for representatives of Russian paint and varnish enterprises: production technologists, supply and purchasing specialists.
