NETZSCH leverages technological know-how to strengthen its global presence
NETZSCH, a family-owned company with over 100 years of experience in the manufacture of equipment for fine grinding and dispersing, will once again take part in Interlakokraska.
As a global leader in dry and wet grinding technology, NETZSCH continues to drive innovation. In addition to developing and implementing advanced technological solutions, the company is steadily expanding its presence worldwide.
Our plant in Tula operates as a full-cycle production facility. An upgraded fleet of machine tools and equipment ensures the highest product quality. The expanded capacities enable the manufacture of the entire range of wet grinding equipment within the company’s production portfolio. Our current production portfolio includes MasterMix dissolvers ranging from 4 to 160 kW, PMD-VC intensive mixers, Discus horizontal disc bead mills, Zeta and Neos horizontal circulation mill systems, MasterMill and TM submersible basket mills, mobile pumping and filtering stations, stationary and mobile vessels of various volumes, a range of mixers, and high-efficiency Epsilon inline dispersers.
NETZSCH Tula is engaged in both the manufacture and sale of high-quality equipment and the provision of maintenance services to its customers and partners. The service team offers a full range of support, including commissioning, maintenance, equipment performance optimization, fault analysis, overhaul, retrofitting, and modernization. To enhance after-sales experience, NETZSCH offers its customers the option of entering into a service agreement upon expiration of the warranty period. Such agreements involve on-site visits by company professionals, replacement of wear and spare parts, and technical consultations on equipment operation.
The plant features a dedicated spare parts warehouse. The key advantage of this warehouse is that customers can schedule maintenance activities together with NETZSCH technicians, and keep required components stocked at the manufacturer’s warehouse, while also benefiting from shorter lead times for spare parts delivery.
Application laboratory
The plant now operates a new application laboratory where customers can conduct trials with various materials. For existing customers, NETZSCH offers process optimization services in the laboratory to fine-tune the operating parameters of their current equipment. Companies considering the purchase of wet grinding equipment are invited to conduct preliminary trials and gain practical confirmation that their performance targets will be achieved.
Trials can be run both using laboratory and production equipment, with results scalable to industrial volumes. The new application laboratory is equipped with MasterMix 45 dissolver, MasterMill 18 submersible basket mill, Discus 20/30, Zeta 10 and Neos 10 horizontal disc bead mills, Epsilon disperser, LabStar laboratory bead mill, MiniMaster dissolver, Malvern Mastersizer 3000 particle size analyzer for accurate measurement of particle size distributions in both feed and end product.
We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to select new equipment, optimize your existing systems, and experience the exceptional quality of our machines.
