The 18th International Specialized Exhibition – Interlakokraska’2014
International Specialized Exhibition for Paints and Varnishes – Interlakokraska’2014 successfully ran on March 11-13 in Pavilion No.3 and Forum Pavilion of Expocentre Fairgrounds. The show was organized by Expocentre ZAO.
The trade fair ran with the support from the Russian Union of Chemists and the Mendeleyev Russian Chemical Society, under the patronage of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Government of Moscow.
Being a well-organized project, Interlakokraska is awarded with a label of UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry and a logo of RUEF – the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.
249 companies and enterprises from 25 countries showcased their products on the net exhibition space of 4,578 sq m. Manufacturers from China and the Czech Republic arranged national pavilions to demonstrate their new products.
Among foreign exhibitors there were such leading companies as Bayer, BASF, BYK, Eckart, Akzo Nobel, Evonik, Omya, Du Pont, Wagner, Eisenmann, Netzsch, Nordson, Getzmann, Jotun. Henkel, Abbo, Duston, Etica, Corob, Kreate, Nuplex, Kolzer, K&H, Dromont, Comec, Synox and others took part in the tradeshow for the first time. There were 131 Russia’s largest enterprises, among them Zhukovsky Machine Building Plant, Lakokraspokrytie, Krata Group, Sibur, Tecsa, Spektr, Polyteg and many others. Technomax, Center of Automation and Robotics, Vek Engineeing made their debut at the exhibition.
International specialized Salon for Surface Treatment. Antirust Protection was arranged for the 8th time and put on display equipment and materials for surface treatment and pre-treatment and the latest technologies for the surface treatment and antirust protection.
Presentations and seminars, held within the 3rd Salon for Special Coatings, were arranged by Anker Stuy Verven B.V., RSBP,s.r.o., Thor GmbH, Afaya, BINA Group, ZelTechProgress, Conferum, Latom-BIS, Omya Ural, SPC Corrosion Protection, Prochem, Spektr NPP, Strim Chempack NPO.
During the exhibition period 4,387 industry specialists visited the Interlakokraska’2014 trade fair.
The Expocentre for Counterfeit-Free Exhibitions project, aimed to combat IP rights infringements, was an integral part of the Interlakokraska’2014 tradeshow.
The novelty of the Interlakokraska’2014 was a VIDEO-DIARY of the show. The participants’ positive feedback testifies to importance and value of the show.
This year the key event of the business-related programme was a two-day International Coatings Forum organized by Russian Coatings Journal and Expocentre ZAO. The aim of the event is to contribute to competitiveness of domestic enterprises, as well as production of quality and environmentally friendly coatings. Participants in the Forum’s plenary meetings discussed production technology of industrial and decorative paints and coatings. Representatives of such well-known companies as Ascotec, Nuplex, Arkåma, Chempack Group and others told about their products
Chemetall arranged a scientific and technical seminar on Experience of Application of Modern Surface Treatment Technologies.
The round-table discussion on Regional Development of Russia’s Market of Paints and Coatings on Demand Stabilization, was arranged by Chem-Courier Agency and Expocentre ZAO. Holliday Instruments conducted seminar on State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Process Technologies from World Market Leaders: Fuell, Renzmann, Niemann, Zehntner, Konica-Minolta, VeriVide. German companies Niemann, Fuell, Renzmann presented equipment that covers all phases of paints and coatings production: from preparation of paints to cleaning equipment and solvent cleaning after dispensing; other companies, such as Zehntner (Switzerland), Konica-Minolta (Japan), VeriVide (England) presented material control equipment.
Centrlack Association and LKM-Press Publishing House held the 13th International Competition for the Best Paint and Coatings. Orgchimprom got honorary reward Grand Prix. Pigment, Latom-BIS, NPK PK Pigment, and Souzproplast were awarded medals and certificates. This year the companies participating in the competition were awarded special prizes from LKM-Press Publishing House.
The next 19th International Exhibition Interlakokraska’2015 will run at Expocentre Fairgrounds on March 10-12, 2015.
